A local Fort Collins Colorado band formed in 1998 in true “family style” fashion by the Jimenez brothers Juan and Frank and son Victor Jimenez. Their music journey and musical backgrounds date back to their childhood years where music had a strong presence in the family home. Every genre of music was influenced from the start.

This dynamic Latin/World Beat group gained popularity very quickly, playing local clubs and private parties in northern Colorado. It wasn’t long before they were traveling to eastern and western Colorado for music festivals as an opening act for big name bands like Firefall, Asia, and Steppenwolf. It was a short time later that Persuasion started headlining shows all along the I-25 corridor. 

What has made this band highly successful through the years, is the ability to find quality musicians which bring positive energy, feel, and love for that extra element of perfection. 

Persuasion is well-known as a Santana Tribute Band that puts on a high energy performance at every show! To quote our fans “it’s like being at a Santana concert.”
